Our Flooring, which we purchased from your store, was installed earlier this week. We just wanted you to know that we could not have been happier with the process from start to finish. We were impressed with the wide selection of floorings you had in your showroom. We were also so pleased with our salesman, Alex. He gave product insights and suggestions. When he came to our home to measure, he was thorough and double checked all his measurements. However, any flooring store is only going to be as good as its installers and we know we had the best. David and Ben were outstanding in every aspect. They installed three different types of flooring in our home and did an excellent job with each type. They went out of their wat to be as helpful as possible in all aspects of the job. Not only are they very crafted at their skills they are also wonderful, polite gentlemen. We cannot praise them enough! Reedy is very fortunate to have Ben and David as installers.
